ADOPTION APPLICATION

PLEASE READ

A non-refundable application fee of $20 is required to insure that you are committed to your desire to adopt from Deacon's Hope. Please use the $20.00 APP FEE link below once you have filled out the application completely. You must complete both actions (APP FEE & Application) to be considered. Applications submitted with incomplete or incorrect information will not be considered or responded to. This also includes applications that do not meet the requirements included in our FAQ page.

If we select your application, we will contact you to start the next step in the process. If your application is not selected for the particular dog you are interested in simply because we found a better match, it can be used for any future animals you are interested in providing you demonstrate reasonable ability to provide for a dog as outlined.

Understand that Deacon's Hope Rescue reserves the right to refuse/deny any applicant for adoption.
Understand that submitting an application (and application fee) does not guarantee your adoption of an animal. This is only the first step in our adoption process.
Know that we do not adopt out on a first-come, first-serve basis, nor do we hold animals.
